NetSuite Functional Consultant

10Pearls, a global AI-native digital engineering partner, is looking for an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join their team. This role focuses on leading business analysis, solution design, ERP configuration, and client engagement throughout NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong finance domain expertise and the ability to align business processes with NetSuite best practices. Working with a diverse client base across industries such as healthcare, fintech, energy, education, real estate, retail, and hi-tech, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to transformative digital products within a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, business process assessments, and fit-gap analysis sessions to identify areas for improvement and necessary customizations.
- Configure NetSuite modules, including workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and saved searches tailored to specific business needs.
- Lead and support NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
- Develop detailed functional design documents and collaborate closely with technical teams on customizations and system integrations.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct user training sessions, oversee deployment activities, and provide ongoing support after go-live.
- Advise clients on NetSuite best practices, recommend process improvements, and identify opportunities for system optimization.
- Support project planning, status reporting, documentation, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in NetSuite consulting, including implementation, configuration, and business process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Tax Management, and Multi-Currency Accounting.
- Solid understanding of Chart of Accounts, Subsidiaries and Intercompany Accounting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, NetSuite configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, operations, and executive teams.
