Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Business Development Executive & Specialist to join our team onsite at Pine Avenue, Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time role focuses on driving growth and establishing strategic relationships within the digital space and blockchain ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and presenting services to potential clients. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals. Daily tasks include engaging with partners and clients, attending relevant industry events, preparing business development reports, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, as well as platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
- Craft customized and persuasive proposals specifically for Upwork projects.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns, build and maintain professional relationships, schedule discovery calls, and follow up with prospects.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to conduct market research, assess opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and generating leads via LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven individual.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is an advantage.
