This role is focused on driving growth through direct outreach, email marketing, partnerships, events, and member engagement. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, skilled in managing conversations and follow-ups, and able to convert ideas into measurable results. Strong communication skills and professionalism in virtual meetings with business owners, architecture firms, members, partners, and investors are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Ejal Marketing and Business Development:
Research and identify qualified architecture companies and industry professionals, locating appropriate decision-makers and maintaining accurate contact lists. Conduct personalized outreach through email, phone, and professional networks to introduce Ejal and communicate its value proposition clearly. Schedule and lead virtual meetings and product demonstrations, assist architecture firms in creating and improving their company profiles, and follow up consistently until firms join, decline, or request future contact. Develop relationships with architecture firms, associations, and partners. Create and manage inbound and outbound email marketing campaigns, monitor responses, handle follow-ups, and maintain an organized outreach pipeline. Identify new strategies to attract architecture companies and increase platform participation. Provide weekly reports on activities, pipeline progress, meetings, conversions, and challenges.

PartnerMatch Growth and Engagement:
Develop creative strategies to attract and engage members by planning, promoting, and hosting weekly virtual networking events. Create event themes that encourage collaboration, referrals, and repeat attendance. Recruit speakers, moderators, partners, and organizations, and manage a recurring event calendar including invitations and follow-ups. Design email campaigns for onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and announcements to enhance the member journey from registration to active participation. Contact prospective strategic partners to develop mutually beneficial collaborations and identify potential investors, coordinating introductions and follow-ups. Assist with outreach materials, presentations, and meeting preparation. Interview members to understand their needs and identify engagement opportunities. Generate innovative ideas to increase registrations, participation, referrals, and retention. Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Portfolio-wide Responsibilities:
Manage multiple outreach and marketing initiatives simultaneously while maintaining organized records of prospects, partners, members, and campaigns in CRM and other systems. Write polished emails, invitations, follow-ups, event descriptions, and marketing content. Coordinate inbound inquiries and outbound communications. Participate in regular planning and performance meetings and provide concise written updates on work completed, pipeline status, results, blockers, and next steps. Test new marketing approaches and optimize based on results. Represent StingGray Limited and its projects professionally in all external communications.

Strong follow-up skills and comfort with consistent outbound outreach. Ability to host and facilitate engaging virtual events. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Capacity to manage multiple initiatives and communication pipelines simultaneously. Reliable internet connection, professional video-meeting setup, computer, microphone, and camera. Consistent availability overlapping Pacific Time business hours. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and progress assignments without constant supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience marketing SaaS platforms, online marketplaces, membership communities, or professional networks. Familiarity with architects, architecture firms, designers, construction professionals, entrepreneurs, or investors. Knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing platforms, spreadsheets, virtual event platforms, and project management tools. Experience developing partnerships and referral relationships.
