Sperton is seeking a dedicated Public Tenders & Bid Coordinator to join their team on a fully remote basis from Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing public-sector tender opportunities across Europe. You will oversee the entire process from opportunity research through to bid submission, collaborating closely with management, country teams, and international stakeholders. The focus areas include recruitment, staffing, executive search, interim management, Employer of Record (EOR)/global mobility, and HR services.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor European procurement portals to identify relevant tender opportunities.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and assess commercial potential to support bid/no-bid decisions.
- Coordinate the preparation of bids, including compiling proposals, documentation, and pricing information.
- Manage the submission process, handle clarifications, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain tender documentation.
- Track tender outcomes and leverage AI and digital tools to enhance research, analysis, and improve future bid strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in tenders and bids, proposal writing, research, business writing, or project coordination.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong business writing skills.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with international stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with EU public procurement processes or familiarity with portals such as TED, Mercell, or EU-Supply is advantageous but not mandatory.
