Agriculture Marketing Manager

Maxim Organics is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Agriculture Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for its agricultural product portfolio. This role focuses on strengthening brand positioning and driving business growth in both domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Chairman/CEO and key stakeholders to spearhead marketing initiatives, foster strong industry relationships, and coordinate effectively with farmers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and new business opportunities.
- Develop compelling product positioning, unique selling propositions (USPs), and comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market strategies to maximize impact.
- Drive B2B and B2C sales by providing effective marketing and sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, farmers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing content, including presentations, brochures, and sales materials.
- Manage various promotional channels such as digital, print, outdoor advertising, and social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and sales KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement to support business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Agricultural Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in agricultural marketing, agribusiness, FMCG, or sales management.
- Strong leadership skills with established industry connections.
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and communication.
- Experience managing digital and outdoor marketing campaigns.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and other relevant marketing tools.

Location
This position is based in Karachi and requires in-person attendance.
