Job Responsibilities:
Technical Implementation Lead - Deployment Project
Conduct technical discovery of client telephony and reporting architecture
Design Afiniti technical integration with telephony infrastructure and telephony reporting system
Perform System Integration Testing in Test Lab (Client/Internal)
Assist in User Acceptance
Testing and generate
SIT/UAT test reports
Lead Production Cutover activities
Analyze client’s telephony/reporting environment and propose feature requirements to engineering function.
Afiniti routing & reporting services installation and configuration.
Provide technical support in project scoping
Complete graceful hand-off to
Service Desk
Provide Pre-Sales Support to Sales team
Collaborate with STEM in maintaining Telephony laboratory environments for SID and QA.
Routing Script maintenance in QA & SID
Laboratory
Afiniti Product Certification
Collaborate with Telephony Infrastructure team during Afiniti certification process with telephony product vendors such as Avaya, Genesys, & Cisco.
Tier-2 Production Support
Provide troubleshooting / Root Cause Analysis assistance to Support team, train post event as required
Training Conduct Inter and Intra team trainings each quarter.
Requirements:
Fluency in Japanese is a must for this position!
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS/IT/Telecom from a recognized and reputable local/international university or an equivalent qualification.
2+ years of experience in a similar domain.
Experience with Informix, SQL Server and MySQL databases. Experience with Oracle RDMS is good to have but not mandatory.
.Net development experience is a plus
Understanding of the deployment process of ASP.Net application
