• Look after day-to-day office operations and ensuring administrative compliance 
  • Supervising Admin support staff members and ensure they are fully trained.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working closely with Manager Operations to develop day to day budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations,training & HR engagement activities.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals i.e. office expansions, etc. 
  • Liaising with the suppliers and vendors for smooth & timely supplies.
  • Liaising with Insurance companies for new enrollments, additions, deletions and employee health insurance claims etc. 
  • Liaising with building management for employees vehicle registrations, security cameras, etc. 
  • Look after inventory management and ensure accurate reporting 
  • Look after stock management 
  • Responsible for daily, weakly, monthly, quarterly reporting and keeping the records up to date.
  • Collaborate between all office sites for smooth operations.
  • Responsible for any repair and maintenance office equipment. 
  • Handling day to day complaints of Staff and Clients

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Someone who is vigilant, sharp, proactive and self driven 
  • Someone who can demonstrate passion for initiatives and can take ownership of his/her actions. 
  • Some who is ambitious and is looking to grow and develop their career
  • Ability to build relationships with the team members and other stakeholders.
  • Minimum Experience 2- 3 years.
