Joblogic is a leading software company in the field service management industry.

  • To support our rapid UK growth, we are keen to recruit an Implementation and Training Associate.
  • The role will be full time and involve travel to all parts of the UK and Ireland.

You will Do:

  • Implementation & Training Associates assist our external clients in the implementation of their technical systems, software, hardware and solutions.
  • They evaluate the client’s needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
  • Being an Implementation & Training Associate defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans, testing and troubleshooting final system setups.
  • An Implementation & Training Associate works on projects/matters of limited complexity, in a supporting role, to the Implementation & Training Consultants.
  • Additionally, the Implementation & Training Associate will provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • They will also assist with webinars, user guides & documentation and internal staff training.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field or proven experience working as a Training & Implementation Associate/Graduate in any UK, US based companies.
  • Sound technical knowledge.
  • Solid previous experience in providing training to clients/users on software systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google applications.
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A willingness to travel around the UK to visit various clients.

Desirable Skills/Experience: 

  • Experience in mapping company processes to recommend a training programme for users.
  • Ability to confidently present and provide training and consultancy sessions to customers, promoting the features and benefits of the software.
  • Some commercial awareness and/or exposure to some of the following industries – HVAC and FM would be of benefit.
  • Experience with e-learning would be of benefit.
