Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Junior Developer, with supreme communication skills, who is business savvy, who endeavors to work in a fast moving environment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Creation and modification of HTML forms, including fixing bugs, replicate and recreate form in line with requirements from our customers..
  • Creating new user facing features, as well as updating and modifying existing features.
  • Development of mock-ups
  • Ensuring ep-to-date UI / UX designs
  •  Write clean, reusable code and libraries / components which can be used in future
  • Optimise application for maximum speeds and scalability
  • Collaborating and working closely with other team members
  • Communicate in a timely and professional manner with clients
  • Building positive working relationships with colleagues
  • Ensuring that you consistently meet your deadlines
  • Centralise management on escalations and queries - manage and respond to system errors, and cope with conflicting priorities
  • Support other team members to ensure deadlines are met


Essential criteria:


  • Previous experience and working knowledge of front-end programming languages and frameworks, such as JavaScript, SQL, HTML, Knockout & jQuery
  • Good understanding of DOM manipulation and OOP
  • Ability to build positive working relationships both via the telephone and emails.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised with ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated as well as key team player
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Integral and trustworthy personality. This is to enable you to build long lasting relationships, as well as build trust with our current clients and new clients too! This is the driving force for each member within the development team
  • Proactive learner - as our industry is advancing so rapidly, it is key to ensure that your knowledge and skill set is always up to date
  • High levels of communication skills, with the ability to liaise with all stakeholders including internal and external
  • Confident and dynamic personality
