- Responsible for new business development and retaining the customers by performing the responsibilities in customer support
- Manage the client relationship through all phases of the advertising campaign
- Responsible for collecting customer information, forecasts, reports etc
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategy, including advertising and PR
- Respond to and follow up inquiries by telephone and personal visits
