Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our team for a USA-based printing and packaging campaign. The ideal candidates will handle customer inquiries and sales opportunities, primarily communicating with international clients. Strong English communication skills and comfort in engaging with overseas customers are essential. This full-time, onsite position is based in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The salary range is PKR 55,000 to 100,000, complemented by an attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Understand and assess custom packaging requirements.
- Discuss product specifications including pricing, quantities, printing, and finishing options.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable packaging solutions tailored to their needs.
- Prepare and coordinate detailed quotations for clients.
- Follow up consistently with customers and active sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups and final discussions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Work diligently to achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, B2B, or dealing with international customers is preferred but not mandatory.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Fresh graduates with excellent English and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
