We are looking for an experienced HR Executive.
Job Duties:
- Organizing End to End Recruitment Process.
- Manage HR and Payroll data
- Keep the HR system data updated with employees' information
- Analyze and update data, as and when required
- Coordinate with HR and payroll counterparts in portfolio company sites
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Post ads on online job portals and social networks.
- Make interview calls and do initial screening for technical evaluation.
- Assists in coordinating and implementing recruiting events (job fairs, open house, etc.).
- Keeping the company’s social media pages updated.
- Reviewing, updating and maintaining HR Monthly Sheets.
- Multi-Tasking skills with the ability to perform any task assigned by the management.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be motivated and self driven.
- Be able to act quickly and decisively.
- Interviewing Skills.
- IT Skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- Organizational skills.
