Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for managing the content and creators of certain verticals like comedy/knowledge/trending topics etc.
2.Design strategy and campaigns/hashtag challenges to increase creators stickiness, contribution and loyalty.
3.Work closely with Product, Music, Activity, UG and QA teams for product optimization.
4.Exploring content trends by regular research and analysis.
Requirements:
1.1 to 3 years experience of content operations preferred.
2.Has experience at least in one of the following fields: trending topics, comedy, Acting, or knowledge/educational content operations.
3.Must hold a Bachelor's Degree or above in journalism, media, communications, marketing and English.
4.Proficient in English and Pakistan local language.
5.Have strong passion for creating and managing virtual video communities.
