Responsibilities:
- Check the videos uploaded by our users, and take reasonable actions for each video;
- Analyze videos in a structured manner based on the comprehensive understanding of the relevant users and content, as well as moderation policies;
- Investigate into and gain a clear knowledge of Pakistani social cultures, religions, and customs, and deal with the improper contents/users in accordance with local laws and regulations;
- Make and execute emergency plans when worldwide breaking news or events happen.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or above;
- Capable of doing data analysis, risk identification and controlling;
- Featured with communication and presentation skills, cooperative ability, logical thinking, and resistance to pressure;
- Able to work with different shifts, including night shift and working on weekends;
- Fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and English, fluency in other Pakistani languages will be a plus.
