Liquid Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze existing processes, and support the delivery of software solutions that align with client objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and other relevant documentation.
- Analyze and document current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Create process maps, data models, and other visual tools to effectively communicate findings.
- Work closely with development teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
- Provide input on system architecture, data models, and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, development teams, and other project participants.
- Present findings, recommendations, and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Define acceptance criteria and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that solutions meet business needs.
- Document test cases, perform testing, and coordinate feedback from stakeholders.
- Partner with QA teams to resolve issues and maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Participate in retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a software development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, along with requirements engineering principles.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques, including user stories, use cases, and process modeling.
- Experience in business process analysis, data analysis, and system design.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with project management tools and software such as Jira and Microsoft Project is a plus.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000.
- Expected start date is August 4, 2025.
