Jr. Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our team on a night shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience communicating with clients on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and other online marketplaces. This role focuses on generating leads, engaging with clients, and securing graphic design projects to support the company’s growth. The candidate will work closely with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and projects are successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize company profiles on Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms to maximize visibility and opportunities.
- Identify potential clients and send tailored proposals or bids for graphic design projects.
- Maintain professional communication with international clients through chat and calls, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and coordinate with the design team to align project deliverables.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to close deals and convert leads into projects.
- Keep detailed records of leads, conversations, and project statuses to track progress and outcomes.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and project acquisition targets set by the company.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development or working on freelancing platforms.
- Strong understanding of the Fiverr and Upwork bidding processes, including proposal submission and client engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of professional interaction with international clients.
- Ability to comprehend graphic design project requirements such as logos, branding, social media posts, and packaging.
- Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close deals.
- Basic knowledge of proposal writing and client handling techniques.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset, able to work independently during night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
