Jr. Content Creator (Female) – North Karachi

We are seeking a motivated Junior Content Creator to join our team in North Karachi. This role is ideal for a creative and confident individual who is passionate about content creation and social media trends. The candidate will be responsible for producing engaging video content, managing content calendars, and appearing comfortably on camera. This position requires a proactive approach to developing and executing content ideas, with a strong emphasis on video editing and social media engagement. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various social media platforms.
- Confidently appear on camera to create engaging reels and videos.
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and posting.
- Handle camera equipment and shoot video content independently.
- Develop creative and innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage the entire content creation process from concept to execution.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and audience engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in content creation, video editing, or social media content management.
- Strong video editing skills with proficiency in popular editing applications.
- Confident and outspoken personality, comfortable appearing on camera.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Ability to plan and organize content calendars effectively.
- Basic knowledge of audience engagement techniques on social media.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Fuel allowance provided to support commuting needs.
- Medical allowance as part of the employee benefits package.
- Salary range between PKR 30,000 to 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and expertise.
- Work location is in person at the North Karachi office.
