Jr. Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and confident Junior Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media and content creation, with the ability to produce engaging short-form videos and appear comfortably on camera. This role requires a good understanding of current social media trends and the skills to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life. The position is full-time and based on-site in North Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute creative, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms.
- Confidently appear on camera during video shoots and social media Reels.
- Plan, organize, and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Develop innovative content ideas inspired by the latest social media trends.
- Participate actively in video shooting sessions, including Reels and other short-form formats.
- Edit videos to produce compelling and polished short-form content.
- Support the entire content creation process, from ideation through to final output.
- Stay informed about evolving social media trends and emerging content formats to keep the brand relevant.

Required Qualifications

- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in content creation, video editing, or social media management.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Solid understanding of content creation principles and current social media trends.
- Hands-on experience with Reels and video shooting techniques.
- Strong video editing skills with proficiency in relevant software/tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute original content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Ability to effectively plan and manage content calendars to maintain consistency.

Job Details

- Location: North Karachi, Sector 11-C/1
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience, skills, and expertise
- Employment Type: Full-time, On-site position
