We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify trends and patterns to help improve business performance.
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand their reporting requirements.
- Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and fundamental data analysis concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
