We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR and Data Entry Intern to join our HR team at our Karachi office in Nazimabad No. 1. This full-time, onsite internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals beginning their career in Human Resources. The role offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, and various HR operations, enabling interns to develop valuable skills within a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes and coordinate interview schedules
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview timings and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
- Support daily HR operations and perform administrative tasks
- Coordinate with different departments as required
- Assist in onboarding and employee management activities
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal prior experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions and office protocols
