Jr. Marketing Executive

eZhire is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Karachi, Pakistan. This role focuses on managing influencer marketing campaigns specifically targeting the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and results-driven, with a passion for building strong relationships and executing successful influencer collaborations from our Pakistan office.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify influencers relevant to the UAE market to enhance brand visibility.
- Initiate contact and negotiate collaboration terms with influencers to secure partnerships.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with influencers to foster long-term collaborations.
- Follow up regularly with influencers to guarantee timely completion of campaign activities.
- Track promo codes, monitor campaign performance metrics, and analyze booking results.
- Maintain accurate records of influencer engagements and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to follow-ups and organization.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends relevant to influencer marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset with confidence and ownership of tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced marketing environment.
