Located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi, this onsite position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Publishing & Outsourcing Executive to advance their career in publishing operations and outsourcing management. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth publishing workflows, maintain high-quality standards, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with outsourcing teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage outsourcing operations while maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Create and manage publishing accounts across various digital platforms.
- Publish and maintain content on multiple digital publishing platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Perform formatting, quality assurance (QA), and proofreading to meet established publishing standards.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members on publishing workflows and quality guidelines.
- Optimize Amazon product listings by applying Amazon SEO best practices to improve visibility and sales.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Amazon PPC advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and actively contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or candidates currently enrolled in the final semester of a bachelor’s program will also be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
