Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst - Contractor

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute functional, regression, and mobile testing based on the QA Testing Plan to ensure course quality and functionality.
- Review courses against approved outlines, manuscripts, audio scripts, assessments, and activity/animation scripts for accuracy and consistency.
- Verify course content, flow, formatting, and multimedia elements such as audio, video, and interactions.
- Test navigation, links, assessments, and other course components to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Document all QA findings clearly, track issues through resolution, and perform regression testing to confirm fixes.
- Evaluate the overall course to maintain a smooth and consistent user experience.

Required Qualifications:
- O/A Level education or a bachelor’s degree, preferably in English or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in QA, content review, writing/editing, or a related area.
- Basic understanding of web-based training and e-learning concepts.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes within software or content development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, preferably US English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tools like Jira is a plus. Candidates with hands-on experience testing digital or eLearning content, ensuring consistency across text, visuals, audio, and navigation, will be highly valued.
