Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and technical communities.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification calls to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
- Write and post clear and accurate job descriptions for open technical roles.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update hiring trackers regularly.
- Communicate promptly and clearly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
