Jr. UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer with 1 to 2 years of experience specializing in mobile app design. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mobile app design principles, visual aesthetics, and branding. This role focuses on creating engaging mobile app screenshots, app icons, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance app visibility and improve the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design attractive and high-quality mobile app screenshots tailored for Google Play Store and Apple App Store listings.
- Create visually appealing app icons that align with the app’s branding and resonate with the target audience.
- Develop user-friendly UI layouts and visual assets specifically for mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, ASO specialists, and marketing teams to ensure design requirements are met effectively.
- Optimize app screenshots and icons to enhance visual appeal and improve store listing performance.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and mobile app design standards to maintain a competitive edge.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX or graphic design, preferably focused on mobile app design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Demonstrated experience in designing mobile app screenshots, app icons, and other store listing creatives.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing mobile app designs, screenshots, and icons.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.

Compensation and Work Location

The salary range for this position is Rs27,000 to Rs120,000 per month, reflecting experience and skill level. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work onsite.
