Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in editing video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling across MAR Group’s portfolio.
- Assemble raw footage, trim and sequence clips, apply basic transitions, and synchronize audio with video.
- Collaborate with senior editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Prepare video content in multiple formats and aspect ratios optimized for various platforms.
- Organize media assets and maintain project files to support efficient pre-production and post-production workflows.
- Support the video production team with additional tasks as needed to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in video editing or production.
- Currently based in Lahore and able to work full-time on-site; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
- Proficient in video editing techniques including cutting, sequencing, and audio synchronization.
- Skilled in video color grading to enhance visual consistency and mood.
- Competent in creating motion graphics and simple visual elements such as titles and lower thirds.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to follow creative direction and incorporate feedback.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar software for motion graphics is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A demonstrated portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work is required.
