•    Coordination of response to employee relations complaints
  •    Conducts objective, fair, thorough, unbiased and timely investigations into allegations employee relations complaints and produces comprehensive reports
  •    Ensure compliance with ER policies, procedures & Code of Conduct in respect of Disciplinary Management and Grievance Management.
  •    Draft all type of letters including show cause, Charge Sheet, Inquiry notice, warning, termination, and dismissal letters.
  •    Conduct disciplinary inquiries in accordance with the law and prescribed procedures.
  •    Prepare and present the cases to DAC, record and execute the minutes of the meeting.
  •    Attend court to represent and defend the Bank’s interest in all types of staff-related litigations.
  •    Liaison with counsels on retainership for legal opinion as and when required.
