We are a Lahore based premier real estate development firm specializing in building high-end apartment complex. We require the services of highly motivated sales executives (male and female) who have prior experience of at least 5-10 years in selling exclusive real estate project ventures especially apartment complexes. The following attributes are required:
- Identifies business opportunities by categorizing clients and evaluating their progress
- Makes a pitch for selling apartment units by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Builds business by identifying and serving prospects; makes effective follow-up calls
- Provides support, information, and guidance; researches and recommends new opportunities; recommends service improvements
- Makes follow-up calls to prospects
- Sustains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
- Formulates reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and inform all the details to relationship manager daily
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/training; participates in professional societies’ activities
- Categorizes service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Bachelor degree or graduate in any field and prior 3-4 years of demonstrable experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in real estate sector is mandatory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
- Fast learner and passion for sale
- Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset
