Responsibilities for CAD Designer
- Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects.
- Run stress-tests on all 3D models before actual physical model is made.
- Make revisions to models as requested
- Attend regular development meetings
- Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
- Keep up to date on all new software and technologies regarding CAD.
Qualifications for CAD Designer
- Minimum 2-year degree in related field (preferred)
- bachelor's or Certifications (preferred)
- 2+ year experience utilizing CAD software
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with sitting for long periods of time
