Responsible for the preparation of all assigned proposals/tenders, from concept through presentation to the customer. The proposal shall meet the requirements of the customer and clearly define the scope of work and services to both the client and the internal delivery managers.
Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the commercial pre-sales engagement for prospective customer.
Identify and immediately take ownership of medium and large bids, lead bid/no-bid review meetings, scheduled reports for management reviews and monitor win/loss ratio for all bids.
Define the Scope of Work and Services offered to the Customer and identify any clarifications or exceptions to the Customer’s inquiry.
Prepare proposals in a timely manner to comply with internal review requirements and customer requirements.
Prepare and lead the Proposal Turnover meeting with supporting documentation
Maintain knowledge of approved company vendors, estimating methods as well as project execution procedures.
Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes with document template management in line with company branding.
Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders
Ability to engage and influence sales teams in pricing decisions.
Obtain feedback from projects for “lessons learned” to incorporate in future proposals
Support the sales organization to ensure timely responses to tenders and RFPs.
Develop and present customer presentations at every enterprise customer’s organization level.
Pricing & commercials finalization support to Sales team.
Budget management, check on revenue assurance (customer’s commitments)
Vet contracts with coordination of all stakeholders including marketing & legal teams.
Interact with Marketing teams on behalf of Sales to develop business case
Strong background of telecom technologies, including, GSM/M2M-IoT and fixed data/voice.
