Sale Executive

Jubilee Life Takaful is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales and demonstrate strong capabilities in lead generation, customer relationship management, and effective negotiation. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, presenting products clearly and convincingly, and converting leads into sales to achieve individual and team targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with colleagues to understand market trends and customer needs to deliver tailored solutions with professionalism and accuracy. This position does not involve managing a team but requires excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships and work effectively with other departments. The Sales Executive must stay informed about product knowledge and sales forecasting to provide accurate sales reporting and improve overall performance. The successful candidate must use strong presentation skills and negotiation techniques to close deals and contribute to the company's growth in the competitive takaful insurance sector.
Responsibilities

Generate new leads by identifying potential customers and business opportunities.
Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Present products and services to clients clearly, highlighting the benefits and features relevant to their needs.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Forecast sales trends and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales efforts.
Attend sales meetings, training, and workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
