Junior Accountant - For Immediate appointment

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be a female professional under 28 years of age, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and practical experience. This role requires someone who is organized, honest, and eager to develop their skills within a dynamic work environment. The position involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reporting, and supporting various accounting functions to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records and ledgers accurately
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Support tax and audit documentation requirements
- Carry out other accounting duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidate below 28 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or equivalent qualification
- ACCA or CA Inter students are encouraged to apply
- 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial record keeping
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated honesty, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn
