Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end closing activities. This role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior accountants to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The position is full-time and based in Hub Chowki, near Nazar Chowrangi, Baluchistan, close to the Karachi side.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly and maintain the general ledger to reflect up-to-date financial data.
- Support senior accountants during month-end closing procedures to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with standard accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, along with experience using accounting software to manage financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy to maintain the integrity of financial records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with hands-on experience in similar roles will be given preference. The company offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
