Junior Accountant

Appfiniti Technology Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will support various accounting operations and assist with business support activities to ensure smooth financial processes. This role requires working on-site during the evening shift and offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, send, and monitor client invoices, including following up on overdue payments to maintain cash flow.
- Review and categorize bank transactions accurately, assisting with bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain precise financial records, including receipts and supporting documentation, to uphold compliance and transparency.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and support internal audit processes as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams by managing client quotes, purchase orders, and vendor records to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support inventory tracking and perform other accounting-related tasks to contribute to overall financial management.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with invoicing, bank reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software or MS Excel is preferred.
- Availability to work on-site during the evening shift.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
