Junior Accountant/Admin

Forsee Logistics is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Admin to join its rental car business team based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and a valid LTV driving license, with the confidence to drive company vehicles when needed. The position involves managing daily accounting tasks alongside general administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records, including cash books and financial entries.
- Accurately record income, expenses, customer payments, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and basic financial reports.
- Keep detailed records of rental transactions and vehicle-related expenses.
- Assist with payment tracking, account reconciliation, and financial documentation.
- Manage general office administration and maintain organized records.
- Support management with routine administrative and operational tasks.
- Drive company vehicles as required for business purposes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Valid LTV driving license with the ability to drive cars confidently.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in the car rental, automobile, or transport industry is an advantage.
- The position requires working on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
