We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team at a leading technology company with operations in the USA and Pakistan. Specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions across various industries, our company also offers specialized BPO and custom software development services to prominent clients in the United States. As a Junior AI/ML Engineer, you will collaborate closely with senior engineers to design, develop, and implement advanced AI and ML solutions that drive value for our clients. This full-time, onsite role is based in Gulberg III, Lahore, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PKT. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI and ML models tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to support model development.
- Participate in testing, validation, and optimization of machine learning algorithms to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain clear documentation of models, processes, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML technologies to contribute innovative ideas.
- Support troubleshooting and debugging of AI/ML applications in production environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
