Junior Amazon Store Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Amazon Store Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and overseeing inventory-related tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor Amazon Seller Central accounts, including product listings.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels across multiple locations.
- Monitor daily orders, sales, and inventory movements to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Ensure inventory accountability and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
- Handle freight, logistics, and supplier coordination, including communication with Alibaba vendors.
- Monitor customer experience by tracking reviews and ratings to maintain high service standards.
- Support branding efforts by updating product content and listings as needed.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Monitor overall Amazon account health and promptly report any issues or discrepancies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central platform.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel for reporting and data management.
- Understanding of inventory and order management processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- At least 1 year of experience in Amazon account management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary of PKR 40,000.
