Junior Architect

Zameen Developments is seeking a Junior Architect to join its Architecture & Design team, focusing on the design and development of high-rise building projects. The role involves assisting in the preparation of architectural plans and designs, supporting essential presentations, and contributing to the development and finalization of building plans. Collaboration with structural engineers, MEP specialists, and the visualization team is a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all architectural plans comply with governmental and authority bylaws, as well as local and international best practices and standards.
- Conduct research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and building materials.
- Develop concept boards featuring images that effectively communicate the intended design aesthetic and brand positioning. These boards should reflect architecture, color schemes, finish materials, and lighting to gain feedback and approval from management and clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in designing multi-story commercial and residential projects.
