Junior ASO

The Junior ASO position at IT GLOBE is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, focused on supporting the optimization of mobile applications within app stores. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in optimizing mobile apps for app stores through detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve app titles, descriptions, and metadata to increase app discoverability and user engagement.
- Track and analyze app performance metrics, preparing regular reports to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align ASO efforts with broader business goals.
- Coordinate with designers to develop compelling app store creatives that attract users.
- Monitor user reviews and ratings, providing actionable suggestions for app improvements based on data and trends.

Required Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of App Store Optimization, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and generate insights.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly mobile marketing and app store ecosystems such as Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Strong written communication skills to craft clear, engaging app descriptions and promotional content.
- Effective collaboration and time-management skills, capable of working well within cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
