Junior Associate

IGS Law Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will assist senior associates and advocates by conducting legal research, drafting various legal documents, preparing case materials, and managing daily legal tasks. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of law, including civil, criminal, corporate, and property matters, within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant laws, statutes, regulations, and case precedents.
- Draft and review legal notices, applications, petitions, agreements, contracts, and other essential documents.
- Assist in case preparation by organizing legal files and compiling supporting evidence.
- Support senior lawyers in handling civil, criminal, corporate, and property-related legal issues as assigned.
- Prepare case summaries, legal opinions, and research notes to facilitate case development.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, government departments, and other authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of deadlines, hearing dates, and case progress.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and strict adherence to legal and ethical standards at all times.

Required Qualifications
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant legal experience.
- Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in Urdu is essential.
- Familiarity with Pakistani laws, court procedures, and legal documentation.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, email, and basic office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
- Professional attitude with keen attention to detail, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
