Junior Billing Executive

CrecenTech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a diligent and detail-focused Junior Accounts & Billing Executive to join its Accounts and Billing team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in accounts, billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and managing receivables. Preference will be given to individuals with prior exposure to US-based employers or the Information Technology and Services sector. The role primarily involves preparing invoices, maintaining accurate client billing records, tracking receivables, following up on outstanding payments, processing refunds, and ensuring the integrity of billing and financial data.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc invoices for clients accurately and on time.
- Maintain comprehensive client account records, including service charges, package details, and billing information.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients via email and phone to address outstanding invoices and pending payments.
- Monitor receivables and assist in the timely recovery of overdue payments.
- Manage payment follow-ups for delinquent accounts to minimize delays.
- Reconcile invoices, payments, and billing records with accounting data to ensure consistency.
- Prepare billing summaries, receivable updates, and payment reports for management review.
- Collect client feedback and support resolution of any billing or invoice-related issues.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and revenue reports as required.
- Assist in developing and refining billing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance accuracy and reliability.
- Process customer refunds in line with company policies, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of refunds and prepare periodic refund reports.
- Identify and address billing discrepancies by coordinating corrective actions.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of all billing, financial, and client-related information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 months of experience in accounts, billing, invoicing, or receivables management.
- Previous experience as an Accounts Executive, Billing Executive, or in a similar capacity is preferred.
- Exposure to working with US-based employers or within the IT services industry is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial documentation, billing terminology, and accounting principles.
- Excellent numerical and mathematical skills.
- Basic knowledge of VAT, sales tax, or related tax regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with online payment platforms such as PayPal and Stripe is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Organized, process-oriented, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Ability to handle sensitive billing and financial information with full confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in billing and invoicing, accounts receivable management, payment follow-ups, invoice reconciliation, refund processing, financial reporting, client communication, and process documentation.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required.
- This role requires in-person attendance at the company’s office location.
