Junior Business Analyst and MIS Executive (Night Shift)

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Junior Business Analyst and MIS Executive. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in the Healthcare IT industry by supporting software and system requirement gathering, creating detailed documentation, assisting the development team, and conducting analysis. The position involves working closely with various internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather and understand project requirements.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation using tools such as Figma, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Design flowcharts, mockups, and wireframes in Figma to visually represent system processes.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure all requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Perform basic API testing using Postman to validate functionality.
- Write and interpret simple SQL queries to verify data accuracy.
- Actively participate in meetings by sharing ideas and providing constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts), Power BI, and other documentation tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with API testing using Postman.
- Confidence and assertiveness in asking relevant questions and engaging with team members.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, entry-level position with a night shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT. The role is based in Lahore or Faisalabad and requires in-person attendance. The monthly salary range for this position is between Rs34,000 and Rs60,000.
