Junior Business Developer

EvolversTech is seeking a motivated Junior Business Developer with experience in international markets and freelancing platforms such as Upwork. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This role involves working closely with overseas clients, generating leads, and supporting internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The position is based onsite in Gulberg, Lahore, and requires availability during US night-shift hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert international leads through Upwork and other global freelancing platforms.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with overseas clients to foster business growth.
- Conduct online meetings, prepare detailed proposals, and negotiate deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business development or international sales.
- Proven hands-on experience with Upwork and other lead-generation platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently during US night-shift hours.

Location and Shift Details
