Junior Business Development Associate – Paid Internship (Location North Karachi)

Bizdaar LLC is looking for a motivated and career-oriented Junior Business Development Associate to join their team in North Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to gain practical skills in business development, sales, lead generation, client communication, and international business. Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Contact potential clients through professional communication channels.
- Introduce company services and communicate effectively with prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand basic client requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Support senior team members in sales and business development tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Update internal systems and sales documentation regularly.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly activity targets.
- Collaborate with the team to support overall business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.

- Confident and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 15,000 to 30,000, with additional performance-based commissions. Compensation may vary depending on the candidate’s skills, communication ability, and overall performance.
