Junior Business Development Representative

Logix Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Karachi, Shahrah-e-Faisal. This on-site role focuses on converting leads into trainees for professional training and certification programs. The ideal candidate will have between six months to one year of relevant experience and possess strong communication and persuasion skills. Key Responsibilities
- Manage cold calling and respond to inbound leads generated through online advertisements.
- Communicate with potential trainees via phone calls and WhatsApp to understand their needs.
- Recommend appropriate courses and certifications based on individual requirements.
- Clearly explain course details, including fees, schedules, and benefits.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads to convert them into enrolled trainees.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update follow-up activities regularly.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications
- Six months to one year of experience in business development, lead generation, sales, telesales, admissions, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills to engage and influence potential clients.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and performing consistent follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with WhatsApp for communication.
