Junior Client Relationship Executive

Genx Integrated Systems, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking for a motivated and well-organized Junior Client Relationship Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in client relationship management, customer coordination, and business development. The successful candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively develop and maintain professional relationships with both existing and potential clients. A pleasant and professional demeanor is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture professional relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, proposals, and pending orders to ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to address client requirements efficiently.
- Keep customer databases and follow-up records accurate and up to date.
- Assist in drafting business proposals, quotations, and formal correspondence.
- Identify new business opportunities through client interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and appointments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports detailing client interactions, follow-ups, and potential business leads.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Urdu.
- Confident telephone communication and professional email writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple client inquiries independently.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, or client relationship management is advantageous but not mandatory.
