Junior Compliance Associate – UK Accounting Firm

DigiTeam Solutions, a Lahore-based UK accounting practice serving a diverse range of UK clients including agency owners, consultants, e-commerce businesses, landlords, and contractors, is seeking a Junior Compliance Associate. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates in accounting, finance, law, or related fields who are eager to build a career in UK compliance, regulatory affairs, KYC/AML, and business law. The successful candidate will work closely with the accounting and compliance teams to support client onboarding and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, gaining hands-on experience in verifying and maintaining UK business compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC/AML checks for new clients to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and maintain client onboarding compliance documentation accurately.
- Assist with Companies House filings and other statutory compliance tasks.
- Support accountants by addressing compliance-related queries promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all compliance activities.
- Stay informed about updates in UK AML/KYC regulations and company compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of AML/KYC principles and compliance frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional tone.
- Highly organized, responsible, and able to follow structured processes effectively.

This is a full-time, on-site position based near Emporium Mall, Block L, Johar Town, Lahore, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The salary range is PKR 45,000 to 55,000, depending on skills and experience.
