Junior Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor/Content Creator with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Islamabad. This is a full-time, on-site position based at G-6/3. The ideal candidate will be proficient in video editing software and graphic design tools, with a strong understanding of social media content trends and formats. You will play a key role in producing engaging video content, thumbnails, and supporting graphics that resonate with diverse audiences, particularly for platforms like Reels and TikTok. A proactive attitude and excellent command of British English, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and create video content using AI video tools, Premiere Pro, or CapCut Pro.
- Design and produce thumbnails and supporting graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Develop engaging social media content optimized for various formats, including reels, TikTok videos, and hooks, ensuring appropriate aspect ratios and smooth transitions.
- Write compelling captions and create attention-grabbing visuals to enhance viewer engagement.
- Utilize creative thinking and strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality output.
- Generate effective Gen-AI prompts to support content creation processes.
- Collaborate with the team proactively to meet deadlines and project goals.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in video editing or content creation.
- Proficiency in AI video tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut Pro.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
- Solid understanding of social media content formats, including reels, TikTok, hooks, captions, aspect ratios, and transitions.
- Ability to create visually appealing thumbnails and related graphics.
- Strong command of written and spoken British English.
- Demonstrated creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in crafting effective Gen-AI prompts.
- A proactive and self-motivated personality.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in print design is considered a strong advantage.
- Previous work experience on UK-based projects will be highly valued.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 11 AM to 7 PM PKT.
