Junior Content Writer

iQansoft is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Content Writer to join its growing marketing team. This role involves creating clear, engaging, and audience-focused content across various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and video scripts. The ideal candidate will have strong English writing skills, creative storytelling ability, research proficiency, and a basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing. Adaptability to different brand voices, independent thinking, and skillful use of AI-powered tools while maintaining originality are essential. Key Responsibilities

- Website Content & Copywriting: Develop engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, landing pages, and service pages that effectively communicate brand messaging and value propositions. Create compelling headlines, subheadings, and calls to action to boost audience engagement and conversions. Review and optimize existing content for clarity and performance.

- SEO Content & Blog Writing: Research and write original, informative blog articles aligned with target audiences and search intent. Apply on-page SEO techniques including keyword integration, meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking. Collaborate with SEO specialists to align content with keyword strategies and editorial calendars.

- Social Media Content & Creative Copy: Produce captivating captions, post copy, carousel content, and platform-specific messaging for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels. Adapt content to suit different audiences and brand personalities. Stay informed on emerging trends, propose fresh ideas, and work closely with designers and video editors on creative campaigns.

- Advertising & Marketing Copy: Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital campaigns. Develop multiple ad variations for testing, translating customer pain points and product benefits into compelling promotional messages.

- Email Marketing Content: Create engaging newsletters, promotional emails, customer communications, and lead-nurturing sequences. Craft effective subject lines, preview text, and calls to action tailored to different audience segments and customer journey stages.

- Video Scripts & Storytelling: Develop scripts and storytelling concepts for reels, promotional videos, explainers, product demos, testimonials, and founder-led content. Create attention-grabbing hooks and structure scripts clearly. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and animators to bring scripts to life visually.

- AI Tools Utilization: Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for brainstorming, research, outlining, and refining content. Develop effective prompts and critically review, fact-check, edit, and humanize AI-assisted content to ensure originality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

- Content Research, Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Conduct independent research on industries, competitors, products, and audiences. Work closely with SEO specialists, designers, and marketers to meet objectives. Follow content briefs and editorial guidelines. Proofread and edit content for grammar and clarity. Manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent English writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong creative writing, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.
- Ability to research topics and produce clear, engaging, original content.
- Adaptability to different writing styles for various brands, audiences, and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and time management.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and conversion-focused writing.
- Experience with AI writing tools and responsible AI-assisted content creation.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant content writing or copywriting experience.
- Experience creating website content, blogs, social media posts, or marketing copy.
- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to support content creation.
