Junior Content Writer

Origency, located in Karachi, Pakistan, is looking for a creative and adaptable Content Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and a solid understanding of digital content creation. This role involves crafting engaging and effective copy tailored to a variety of brands, industries, and platforms. The position is full-time, based on-site, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write SEO-optimized website content, including blogs, articles, landing pages, and service pages.
- Conduct basic keyword and competitor research to create relevant and search-friendly content.
- Optimize content by incorporating appropriate keywords, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking strategies.
- Develop engaging social media copy, captions, hooks, ad copy, and short-form scripts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Adapt writing tone and style to suit different brands, industries, and target audiences.
- Thoroughly research topics to produce original, informative, and engaging content.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, social media, design, and account management teams.
- Use AI writing and research tools effectively while maintaining originality and brand voice.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
- Strong storytelling, research, and creative writing skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to write both creative and informative content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword-focused content writing.
- High attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Capability to work across multiple brands and adapt to different tones of voice.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with AI content creation and research tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the Karachi office.
